The acquisition of the EnAct Platinum Enterprise software by the National Bank of Canada’s Legal Department is part of a long evaluation process of similar software products on the market. As a result of this process, Corporatek set itself apart from its competitors, most notably with the features of its EnAct Platinum Enterprise software system, by the number of major corporations in its clientele, as well as by its reputation at major law firms.
One of the essential criteria for our department was to select a service provider that offered a user-friendly system with multiple functions which would allow us to produce reports and filings for our corporation’s management as well as for several Canadian and foreign governmental organizations. Another important motivating factor was customer service reliability. Our provider had to be able to quickly process our requests, to provide us with regular software updates and to allow us to use the most recent statutory forms. Finally, bilingual tools for our users were a must. Corporatek met our expectations.
After having analyzed our requirements, Corporatek suggested we implement EnAct Platinum Enterprise; we are very satisfied with our choice.
In addition, as of the very beginning of its relationship with Corporatek, the National Bank of Canada’s legal department was greatly impressed with how quickly its Customer Service department dealt with our requests. We also appreciate the constant effort from the technical support personnel, who evaluate our needs and suggest innovative solutions that allow us to reach our goals.
