3.     the likely consequences of the Security Incident, and

4.     a description of the measures taken or proposed to be taken to address the Security Incident, including measures to mitigate any possible adverse effects.

Non-Personal Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our website.
